the hoops project

Our program provides a pathway to success for at-risk youth
through intensive intervention and comprehensive support. 
Youth in the program are provided opportunities that they would
not otherwise receive—high quality academic tutoring, exposure
to community leaders, participation in community improvement
projects, and out-of-state travel.  These activities may be
commonplace to many, but can be out of reach for youth from
low-income families in Jackson and youth who are not performing
on grade level in school.
